History of Mallory Realty

Mallory Realty was founded in 1947 by Charles Mallory and the late Roy Mallory. Through the 1960s, the company brokered housing and developed residential housing. The 1970s saw our entry into meeting a growing demand for suburban commercial properties, resulting in the development of over 100,000 square feet of office space and 70,000 square feet of flex- space that is currently owned and managed by our company.

In the 1980s, Stephen Mallory joined the real estate business on a full-time basis overseeing new commercial and residential development and brokerage. His wife Donna and son Andrew, are actively involved in property management.
